Our medium roast coffee has been the foundation of our coffee program and the reason why we have kept going. This is the first product we ever sold and was the only coffee product we sold for 2 years. For this reason, we have named our flagship product, "Ke Kumu," to honor our origins and our beginning.

Grown in the volcanic soil of our farm and the beautifully unique terroir of Pu’u’eo, our 100% Hilo coffee is fruity, floral, and guaranteed to delight your tastebuds. Our Hilo Coffee Co. coffee is known to be mellow with notes of caramel, often not needing sugar, just a little bit of milk if you prefer. This medium roast, whole bean coffee preserves the flavor of the coffee fruit and is a truly wonderful thing to share.
