TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may receive a full refund or reschedule their tour with no extra fees with 48 hours notice of their scheduled tour date and time. There is no refund if any cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice of the scheduled tour time and date. If your tour is rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time to a different date and time, there will be a $30.00 rescheduling fee and no further changes, rescheduling and/or refunds, will be allowed once the change is made, or if the group is unable to make the rescheduled tour time or date.

Customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no extra fees in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

SCHOOL GROUPS

Lavaloha welcomes school groups as a way to give back to our local community. Please email enjoy@lavaloha.com to set up a school visit. We require at least one week notice to accommodate educational groups.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship orders using FedEx 2-Day delivery on Tuesdays at 12:00pm HST. Any orders placed after 9:00am HST on Tuesdays will be processed the following week. Expect an email within 4 hours after we ship out the packages to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days using FedEx 2-Day shipping. Flat rate shipping fees of $5-$15 apply to any orders under $175. We ship to all the United States and its Territories, and Canada.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for all orders over $175.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to Canada. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mahilani Partners LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

WARM CLIMATES

We ship all our products via FedEx 2-Day Delivery, keeping in mind where the shipment is going. We will put extra insulation in packages going to warm states, and FedEx is very careful to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit.

Given the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, please ensure someone is available to bring the package indoors as soon as it is delivered. We are unable to offer refunds for packages that are left outside in the heat.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship through FEDEX with full insurance for the total value of the order. If there are any issues with delivered packages, such as damages, please contact FEDEX to file a claim or contact us immediately at (808) 987-3649, available Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. HST, or via email at enjoy@lavaloha.com so that we can assist you.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate and coffee products, we are unable to accept returns on these items. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us for assistance.

We accept returns on unopened non-food merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or refund for these items, please email enjoy@lavaloha.com for further instructions. Returned items must be in the same condition and packaging as originally received.

Refunds from Mahilani Partners LLC are issued on a case-by-case basis and can be processed as a digital gift card, store credit, or refunded to your credit card or bank account within 7–10 days.
