tour cancellation.
Customers may receive a full refund or reschedule their tour with no extra fees with 48 hours notice of their scheduled tour date and time. There is no refund if any cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice of the scheduled tour time and date. If your tour is rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time to a different date and time, there will be a $30.00 rescheduling fee and no further changes, rescheduling and/or refunds, will be allowed once the change is made, or if the group is unable to make the rescheduled tour time or date.
Customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling at no extra fees in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

school groups.
Lavaloha welcomes school groups as a way to give back to our local community. Please email enjoy@lavaloha.com to set up a school visit. We require at least one week notice to accommodate educational groups.
We ship out online orders on Tuesdays to ensure that all orders get to the destination without being delayed by the weekend. We ship through FEDEX with full insurance for the total value of the order. If there are any issues with delivered packages, such as damages, please contact FEDEX to file a claim.

During the summer months, we ship our packages using ice packs and insulation to ensure that no customers receive melted chocolate. Tracking numbers are provided for every order so please ensure that you are available to receive your package. If you do receive melted chocolate, please contact us at enjoy@lavaloha.com.
