We partnered with Waiholokui Garden in Pahoa, HI to create an amazing and unique combination of flavors. Mahalo to them for creating a delicious aromatic and flavorful rub made with our gorgeous Hilo coffee grown just below our visitor center. Use on beef, pork, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian dishes. For best flavor, add a generous coat of coffee rub at least 15 minutes before cooking.
