Acceptance of Terms
By using this booking system, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking Agreement
Bookings are first-come, first-served. One hunting spot is available per day. Hunts must occur outside Lavaloha operating hours (after 5pm Monday-Friday, or anytime Sunday). Booking is confirmation of your reservation.

SMS Consent & Communications
By entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages about your hunt booking. SMS messages include booking confirmations, check-in/check-out updates, and cancellation notices. You will receive one SMS per booking event. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cancellations
You may cancel your booking at any time by contacting daeus@lavaloha.com. Cancelled bookings free up the date for other hunters.

User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for complying with all local hunting laws and regulations. You agree to follow Lavaloha property rules.

Limitation of Liability
Lavaloha is not responsible for weather, wildlife, or hunting-related incidents. Hunting is conducted at your own risk.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the booking system constitutes acceptance of changes.
