Once upon a time cows roamed these hills. Then a sweet man with a sweet tooth came along and realized he had the wrong kind of cow here: he needed cacao. The thing is, said man only liked white chocolate. Experimentation commenced.
Have you ever tried real white chocolate? You probably have no idea. But we doubt it. Why? Real white chocolate is made with pure cocoa butter: no filler oils and no added flavors. Cocoa butter is pressed straight from warm ground beans. Around here we call it “white gold.”
Sprinkled with crispy cracked nibs, sink in to the sweet crunch of Lavaloha’s version of a cookies and cream bar.
