Four Twenty-Acre lots

Mahilani Estates has made four twenty acre lots for sale. All four lots have excellent views of Hilo Bay. These lots are zoned AG-20 and are very unusual in this part of the Puueo Farm Lots. The boundaries shown are approximate. Lots, starting from the upper left are 26, 22, 23 and 24. Lots with green markers are not sold. Yellow markers means tentative sale, red means sold. All lots are priced at $700,000.

Puueo Farm Lots is a gated community just outside of Hilo. These lots are sloped toward Hilo, and are just minutes from downtown Hilo and the Airport.
