How long is the tour?

Our tour generally runs for about an hour.  We try our best to accommodate guests who are running on tight schedules.

If we show up early can we head out sooner than our scheduled time?

We'll accommodate you if we can!

What should I wear for the tour?

Comfortable shoes, and comfortable clothes.  Since we are in Hilo it’s always a good idea to have a light raincoat and/or umbrella on hand.

What happens if it rains?

We embrace the rain in Hilo! We have multiple stops on our tour that are sheltered completely. We provide umbrellas on every tour and our mini bus has pull-down shades to help keep everyone dry. 

Do you have food available?

We do not serve food at this time but we encourage guests to pack a lunch and have a picnic on our lanai.  I think you’ll find the view nearly as good as our chocolate.
