Single Origin Hawaiian Chocolate

established in 2012

In 2012, we began our dream to make chocolate in Hilo, Hawaii. We planted cacao trees and watched them grow. We harvested their pods and learned to ferment, dry and roast.

In 2017, we began making chocolate. We perfected the ratios of ingredients for each secret recipe and fell in love with the art and science of being a chocolatier.

In 2018, we opened a Visitor Center and began offering tours because we believe that our 1,000 acre farm and our handcrafted, single origin 100% Hawaiian chocolate is worth sharing with the world.
